Linda’s Bakery, a family-owned business with a commitment to quality, is looking for a reliable and motivated Overnight Baker to join our team in West Salem, WI. You’ll play a key role in baking the best bread and sweet goods for our retail shop and wholesale customers.

Responsibilities

• Accurately measure and scale ingredients, doughs, and batters.
• Prepare a variety of products following our established recipes.
• Operate bakery equipment, including mixers, ovens, and proofers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
• Monitor product quality and consistency during the baking process.
• Efficiently perform repetitive tasks.
• Learn to use all necessary tools to complete job functions.

Qualifications

We’re willing to train the right person for this position. The ideal candidate will be reliable, motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. While we’ll teach you everything you need to know. A familiarity with food safety is a plus.

Position Details

• This is a full-time, overnight position.
• Hours: 7:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m.
• Schedule: 5 days a week, including some weekends. Scheduling is flexible.

Linda’s Bakery is looking for a friendly and reliable Sales Clerk to join our team in West Salem, WI. As a member of our team, you’ll provide outstanding customer service and help us serve the area’s best quality bakery products.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Process customer transactions accurately, including cash and credit card sales.
• Take customer orders in person and over the phone.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales area.

Position Details

• We’re hiring for both part-time and full-time positions.
• Full-time shifts: Primarily weekdays with occasional weekends. Morning shifts run from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and afternoon shifts are from 12:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Some initial training shifts may start as early as 4:30 a.m.
• Part-time shifts: Available, with flexible scheduling.
