Frequently Asked Questions
It’s never too soon to reserve your order date with us. We recommend that you place a $50 deposit to reserve your date as soon as you can. On average, we plan orders with customers 2-6 months in advance. You can place your deposit online to reserve your date.
We like for our wedding customers to schedule their order consultation 2-6 months before their wedding. During this appointment our cake decorators will provide you all of the information including pricing, and they will guide you through the process of placing your order. UPDATE: In-person or telephone order appointments can now be scheduled online.
This time is set aside special just for you. You will discuss the design that you’ve been envisioning, so bring any inspiration you have for your cake design. Bring photos, online idea boards, color samples, flowers, ribbons, cake toppers, and cake stands to this appointment. UPDATE: You can email to our decorators photos and ideas to reference during an over a phone order consultation. Ask us for the email address when you arrange your appointment.
Please bring your fiance and any other people you would like to help with the decision process. Please limit the total number of people to 4 adults. Cake samples can be ordered for pickup on any day before your consultation to sample cake flavors in the comfort of your home.
In general, cupcake weddings start around $1.50 to $3.00 per serving. Tiered cakes start around $4.00 per serving.
